I am so very impressed with this company. I was in the middle of a tax nightmare with a tax preparer that I thought I could trust, which wasn't the case, and I needed a second opinion before I sent paperwork to the IRS. I looked on the Internet for tax preparers in Monterey, Ca and Pinnacle was one of 8 that came up. I called several before (going down the line) and not one was working on a Friday. When I called Pinnacle, the young lady that answered the phone was so helpful,took my number and promised to have someone call me. I immediately got a call from John, who was on his lunch break but called me anyway. He arranged to meet me the following day on Saturday, which was his day off. He was professional, knowledgable, kind and helped me immensely. I will get my taxes done by John McEwan at Pinnacle from now on and will recommend their services to everyone.
