VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LOUSY JOB.

TOOK MY DAUGHTER'S GOWN FOR CLEANING.CAME TO PICK IT UP AFTER TWO WEEKS,IT WAS AS DIRTY AS WHEN I DROPPED IT.A MISTAKE TO PAY FIRST BEFORE CHECKING TOLD THE OWNER TO DO A GOOD JOB.LEFT GOWN AGAIN.A WEEK LATER CAME TO PICK IT UP.IT WAS NOT DONE.TOLD ME TO CALL FIRST BEFORE COMING.TWO WEEKS LATER STILL NOTHING HAD CHANGED.JUST TOOK THE GOWN.I DO NOT THINK SHE IS GOING TO A THING SINCE SHE ALREADY GOT MY PAYMENT.THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK OR ACKNOWLEDGE ME WHEN I CAME AT THE DOOR.I WAS STANDING A GOOD TWO MINUTES AS IF I WAS NOT THERE.TOLD MY FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS NOT TO GO THERE.I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO A FRIEND TO GO TO MARTINIZING INSTEAD.
