This company LIES to it's clients and charges unecessary fees in order to make the most commision off of it's customers. They lack professional courtesy and communication that ends up costing the buyer in late fees and non timely closure of escrow. I would NOT recommend this office to any of my clients or friends/relatives. I had a much better experience with Wells Fargo Bank and I will most likely refinance my loan with them in the near future.
