Weeks ago I placed an order on Plumbers Surplus website for a shower faucet confirmed and my credit card is charged. I do not get answers to email so after a couple of weeks I chat with them about when to expect the faucet. They respond in a chat that it should have shipped that Friday. over a week later I receive an order cancellation notice. Meanwhile they have my money. The faucet was just discontinued by Delta and I knew it at the time I ordered. I go to their website a few days later and the same faucet is now marked up from $131 (my price) to over $350. They are still selling it for 3 weeek and even after they cancelled my order!

The reason they stated for my order cancellation - the item is discontinued - Duh! - That is why it was marked down. My shower has no faucet after 3 weeks. I chatted them and asked if the item was still available right after the cancellation and they said yes.

Now after this bad experience I want my money back and will warn you do not believe the sale price - or a delivery time. They will take your money and send you a cancellation notice weeks afterward.

Look at their website disclaimer - they want to be responsible for nothing and do not care about their customers. This is a sleazy operation.4/26/2011
