My experience with Premier Motorcars of Santa Fe was a terrible experience. I was misinformed from the beginning of the purchase of my vehicle. I have had problems with the service department and finance department. First of all when signing the papers for my financing, the extended warranty (extra $2,000) was added on without my consent, than I was told if I did not add it on I my interest rate at the bank would be higher. I am still paying on that interest rate they gave me for not purchasing the extended warranty. Second problem that has been ongoing since I purchased the vehicle is the service of the car. I have had my vehicle in there more than 4 times since 1 year ago when I purchased it. All the times were for different reasons . They resolved things but not in a timely matter at all. I had to fight with them nail and teeth to fix problems. I was treated as if I did not know anything because of my age and gender. My overall experience with this company has been bad. I do not reccommend the company.
