ProLaw's Annual Maintenance costs are off-the-chart expensive

Our ProLaw annual maintenance contract is more than 3 times more expensive than the second most expensive--which is three times more than all the others. In other words, it is SIX times as expensive as our typical maintenance agreement. The rules-based calendaring is a joke--not accurate. Some of the other features are pretty good, but the high cost of maintaining this software would make me think twice--or even three times--before purchasing it again.
