Not always right

I sent in a team signed Yankee jersey from the 2011 team and had pictures of the signing and sent this jersey and $175.00 to PSA just to have this in case it was ever sold. Knowing it was a real jersey I was excited to have this returned. It came back as fake and just like that I was out $175.00,
This isn't the first time I have seen PSA do this, they claim to be the best and say that all others in the authentication business are poor companies. Are they the only place in the world for authenticating items?
