I used this company three times in the past year. They replaced almost every part. I complained about poor air circulation multiple times. Yesterday, I had a new company, Efficient Air, come out and within 5 minutes, they showed me two huge problem areas. Both areas should have been seen by Proficient, including that my outtake was not fully connected to my house (thereby causing hot air to come in). I called Proficient Air and spoke with Roger (supposedly the Owner) He was rude and did not want to listen. He hung up on me and wouldn't take my call again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
