I would give pure logic a 10 star review if I could. I have used a few different escrow officers now, due to language needs of my clients, and I have been extremely happy with all of them. You can tell that the company has a strong culture and provides their escrow officers with the tools to succeed, because all three of the escrow officers I have worked with follow the same pattern with their files, which I really like. For years I stuck with the same escrow officer, so I'm used to just working with one person time and time again, so I was really nervous about having to not only find a new company to work with (my escrow officer retired) but then on my second transaction with pure logic I had to use another new officer due to the buyer needing a Spanish speaking escrow officer. I was SUPER nervous. Luckily I had no reason to be because they were all great. This team is the best kept secret in Orange County real estate. I have used Carolyn, Kathy, and Geoff. All are great.
