This is a warning to anyone thinking about doing business with recoil. Run far away from them no matter where they are putting on a show. I did business with them before and had no problems until this past year Nov 2009 and the problem continues. They act like a company on the run. They can come collect your deposit, but it is a problem for them to deliver customer service. This company will provide you with every excuse known to mankind from I'll deliver the message to Tony, we are short of workers, Tony is sick, and we will take care of your situation. One brother Joe, sells the job and Tony runs the business and likes to collect the money. I had a patio installed in Nov. The panels are damaged, wrong size dog door and this company does not want to live up to the warranty to correct these items. Buyers, please be aware of this company, I would not recommend them to my best enemies. They remind of those individuals or companies that ripped hard working people off during the Hurricane Andrew aftermath. I am telling what I know and not what I heard. I give them a grade of F.
