Dear Melody, we are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your transaction with us. We take matters like this very seriously and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
We have reviewed our records. We do have EXACTLY ONE record of a woman with the first name Melody and the same last initial along with several email exchanges with our customer service team. Our firm paid this customer an extremely high percentage of the value of the items and all of the e-mail correspondence between this customer and our firm indicated that the customer was happy and voluntarily accepted our offer. We have absolutely no e-mail from this customer indicating any displeasure of the transaction whatsoever. We also videotape the opening of every package along with pictures of the contents placed individually on the scale. If you can confirm your identity as described below, we would be happy to tell you what was sent, what each item's value was, and the amount that was paid for each item then please e-mail us. We will be able to demonstrate that you were treated fairly.
