Website is absolutely fantastic and all FAQs answered all my initial questions given obvious hesitation about conducting such a transaction via mail. Company provided FedEx kit to my house within 3 days with full instructions that were very simple to follow. Company stands by its policy to provide offer within 24 hours...I got mine within 12 hours of their receipt of my package. Offer was very good and would definitely do business again with the company. Also had to make a last minute change to my preferred payment method and spoke with customer service rep Laurie who was exceptional in handling my change. Excellent customer service from start to finish and will highly recommend to friends and family!
