Worth it - but do your homework

I decided to dip my toe into the market to sell some old jewelry and based on other online reviews tried Sell Your Gold. I did need to talk to someone at the company as I felt their initial offer was too low. They re-evaluated the item and updated their offer within a few minutes (to a more acceptable amount.) I accepted and do recommend them. Just a caveat - you can (and should) negotiate if you think they are wrong! Their customer service is excellent - the people I spoke to were all very polite and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. I will be dealing with them again.
