Customer Service is Good.
The only complaint on the service end is that when requesting my items to be returned they said I would receive a tracking # in 24 hours. I called them every day on day 4 a represented had to email me the #. Disappointing that they dropped the ball on keeping me aware of my tracking number for returning my item, but not a huge deal.
My complaint is on the offer. I went to 3 store locations in my area: $950, $1125, $1200. All of these were in writing and good for 2 weeks. I wanted to see what one of these online places offered so I did some research and set it to SellYourGold. My offer: $425. HA HA HA HA HA!!!! I even mailed in my GIA certificate.
I'm going to try one more online place just for giggles: Worthy.com. When I plugged in my GIA cert information through them it said minimally $1200. Could be a lie and equally as bad, but $425 is simply terrible. Not even close to the 3 offers I received from jewelry stores in my area.
