Disgruntled Customer!!!!

I decided to turn in my opal diamond ring in for cash. I wanted to give this a try and I'm regretting that desicion now. I was appalled by their offer of $5. What!?! So I rejected it and requested to have it sent back to me. Upon opening it, it was all scratched up, sautered down in middle of ring, wasn't round any more. I was furious and decided to send in a letter to the president of this company, informing him of what type of people are running his company and what is he going to do to fix this problem since I can't replace this ring. Well received nothing. But I did spare my ex fiancé, told him what I went through and to sell the jewelry somewhere far better than here. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PRECIOUS JEWELRY.
