Product ineffective. When you order a "free trial" read the fine print. It is not free. It costs 89.95. Their customer service hung up on me, when we disagreed on how to get me a full refund. I had to call back. The supervisor would not give me his full name. They would not provide the phone number to the executive offices. Sensa needs to examine all these reviews. There seems to be a common link, ineffective and poor customer service.
