We purchased health insurance through Stevens and Associates this year (2010). The agent Adonna Lamar misquoted how much the premiums would be (more than what she said it would be), told us our 25 yr old daughter would be covered through Aetna (found out not true) and after a month we signed the documents, did not return phone calls.
Although the insurance itself is good, the service was very poor and downright misleading.
