Fraudulent/ Deceitful Business/ KEEP AWAY!!!!!!!
EDIT 11/18/2013 TRUSTLINK will not let me respond to the person who comment on my review so I will put it up here. Dear Greg! If you thought that your respond by telling me that "we have a difference of opinion in whose fault it was for this issue" is
a reasonable and appropriate way of dealing and helping your customer, then you need to seriously close your store. I did respond to your email telling you that the matter is being handled by the Better Business Bureau(BBB) because you guys will not take responsibility
for your mistake. My respond is by no means saying I am not interested in solving the matter; it just means that I am tired of hearing lies from your company and found a better way to deal with the issue. After your company has charged me with a free item
that I didn't even order in the first place, the matter was resolved because of the BBB no thanks to you guys. So have a great day and I hope that you would treat your future customer with honesty and integrity or else please close your store, because no one
should deserve to be scammed for their hard earned money. BY THE WAY: For potential future customers, Please read reviews carefully because the ones that give 5 stars sound very fake and made up. GO research this company on BBB or RIPOFF before you plan on
purchasing anything. The negative reviews for this company is real and you do not want to go through the trouble that we went through. Beware!!! I made an online order back in May this year for two scooters. Waited for over a week without anyone getting back
to me or emailing me about shipment progress. I had to call them and throughout a trial waiting I was transferred to Pamela- a sales rep. She was told that one of the scooter I wanted- the manufacturer no longer made the colors I asked for. She then tried
to convinced me to choose other colors which I refused and told her to refund my money. After that she told me I had another option which is to pay a little more for another type of model that looks similar to the one I want in the color I wanted. She told
me she was sure of the color (baby blue) and even sent a link to the company's website for me to see the pictures. Despite my better judgement, I agreed. About over two weeks later the scooters arrived. The scooter that I was manipulated into buying was damaged
and also was the wrong color. I called Pamela immediately to tell her that, and she told me that I would have to go on their website to make a claim and also email them pictures - which I did the same day. After a month of waiting for these indifferent people
to give me an exact answer on what was to be done. It was really simple really, because I have been very understanding. I told them that I would accept the scooter (even though the color was wrong) if they sent me the parts for the damages. Very fair, correct?
Or they can take the scooter back and send me another one. I really don't care, because I just want the whole deal to be over with. The claim person, Aaron, told me that because they sent the wrong color for my scooter, I would have to send it back to them.
I then asked him who would pay for the shipping cost which he replies I would not be accountable for it. My dad who is over 70, had to build a wooden crate for the shipment since the metal crate that was shipped to us could not be used because it was damaged.
I did not even count them accountable for his labor. I was then transferred to Sandy, the person taking care of my return process to which she sent me an email confirming that I do not need to pay for shipping costs because it was not my fault. The whole process
from the time I ordered to the time they agree on taking it back took over two months. After the scooter have been returned to them, They never answered my emails or my calls until I called them with a different number. Aaron then said that because the scooter
was damaged and I had signed the Bill of Lading, I would have to pay for the damaging cost. This was the last straw. How could a company be so shady and have so many shady employees? They knew of the damages from my claim, but I would still have to pay for
it because...? So what was I suppose to do when I received the scooters? Ask the driver if he can stick around for an hour for me to inspect the scooters? How absurd! So I told Aaron that they are being ridiculous and I want my money back. He then told me
I had two options. One is to pay for the damage and get a new scooter, or two they will refund my money after subtracting shipping costs. WHAT? After being told that I was not responsible for shipping because the company sent me the wrong scooter- now when
I ask for my money back- they take back their words? Are you kidding me? Please people, before buy from this company- do a search of them on business consumer alliance or even on google. They have an "F" rating. I hope that no one else would have to go through
what I have went through. It is literally stressful and unnecessarily! They will take your money in a heart beat but will not repay with good business! I filed a claim on BBB and will file a complaint anywhere else I can. Even if my matter is not heard, it
will help others see how this company truly is! Be warned! P.S. - To Greg K. who has been respond to every bad reviews on this website - you are a liar! For a fact I know this! Why? First of all, they will never EVER initiate reaching out to their costumers.
So when he says " I have tried to contact you and have not received a response," may I ask how did you tried to contact these reviewers? Did you call them? Did you email them? No I don't think so. Don't respond with this "copy and paste message" because it
is unprofessional and it proves to everyone who reads your response that you are a liar! Another "copy and paste message" of his "I will be more than happy to personally assist you in resolving this matter. " No the only thing this company is happy about is
taking costumers' money. No one has EVER tried to resolved my problems. I have to keep calling and emailing people for over two months and still - problem have not been resolved. "Please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Best Regards, Greg Kingsman V.P.
of Customer Service 1-888-358-2887" - yes sure that would be great if you have left your extension number and pick up the phone when we do actually call. If not, then it is useless to write your company's number on here. This is what's going to happen- you
call the number asking for Greg- be transfer and wait for 10 minutes before they hang up on you. Or you call them and no one picks up.
