Hello Billy. Upon review of your individual case, the vehicle that you received was approximately 80% assembled. We offer an assembly service as an option. If this option is not selected, we recommend the scooter is assembled by a licensed professional as we know this particular model is a bit more intricate. We obviously do not wish any harm on anyone. That is the very last thing we want to hear. In regards to the non communication on our part to you, our notes indicate that you contacted us on numerous occasions and we responded each time. A warranty claim was sent in by you and reviewed by the manufacturer. It was unfortunately denied as the warranty time frame was exceeded. I understand you are upset however, we have done all that was able to be done considering the circumstances.
