If considering ordering gifts for the holidays, reconsider other options as you may not get your product and good chance you will have to fight to get your money returned to you.
Company lists products on website that are discontinued, out of stock, or not available. While this is not in itself a terrible thing, trying to get a refund out of them will require some effort.
Business does not answer the phone or emails unless you go through the parts department - it is the same person who doesn't answer sales emails or phone calls unless you select the "parts" option from the company menu.
All in all a terrible experience.. I would never deal with this company again, trying to take your money and then give you a hard time about returning it is not a good business practice.
After this fiasco I found out this business has a BBB "F" rating. My mistake.
