Just wanted Superior Promos to know how much I appreciate the quality and efficiency of their company when it comes to their products and their customer service.
The way they handled an issue with a shipment of mugs we ordered that, upon arrival, we found that our logo had been done incorrectly, reinforced our views of Superior Promos.
Eddie assisted me in handling this issue and took care of it right away. No hassles.
