Our time working with Tavas and Lawrence and Jonathan were just what we needed. Lawrence was great interacting with our employees and explaining everything he was doing and what he was trying to accomplish. I was worried bringing in outside people would cause issues because it had in the past. But with Lawrence and Jonathan they made sure to really get the buyin from our staff. Its still early but I have a good feeling about all the changes they helped us make over the last few weeks. I will update my review if anything significant happens.
