We are very happy with both Eric’s work product and Tavas in general. Our biggest fear was that once the engagement was over, we would never be able to follow up with them with questions or concerns. This fear was alleviated almost immediately as we had some follow up questions the week after Eric left our offices. He called us back right away and went above and beyond to answer numerous questions we had about some new systems he had helped us implement. He spent the next two weeks emailing us almost daily after we reached out with question after question. This is why without a doubt we would have no issues bringing Erick back or anyone from Tavas really.
