I was very impressed with the work done by Tavas and specifically our consultant, Jennifer. Right from the beginning, I felt like I was in good hands. The dedication Jennifer has shown convinced me we made the right choice. She has been professional, insightful, and a huge asset for our company. She brought a clear and practical approach to working with our team. She was able to explain things to them in a way that was easy to digest and productive. That helped our team really understand the importance of the changes we needed to make. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in how we plan, track, and manage performance. This can be directly attributed to the time Tavas and Jennifer in particular spent on totally overhauling our reporting process from top to bottom. In the end all I can say is that I believe it was worth the money and I would do it again.
