Postive Experience all around

Our initial experience was rocky because of a scheduling mix up. To be fair that turned out to be an error on our end. The reason I even mention it is Tavas and Michael went out of their way to rectify the issue even though it was through no fault of their own. Once everything was ironed out, they hit the ground running and basically took over our accounting department for a few weeks to figure out the mess we had on our hands. They helped us hire two new employees and setup all our company files in quickbooks from scratch. The way we had been doing it was a mess and it was easier to start over and then import everything in then try and fix the existing ones. It was not a quick or inexpensive process but one that I would do again no questions asked.
