Cleaned up our mess

James took the time to understand our customers and their individual needs. He was friendly and easy to talk to, and we both consider him a friend at this point. We have been able to reach him by phone or email whenever we have had questions. This already was far and away better than our last experience with consultants and so called experts. I won't lie going in, we weren't entirely sure what to expect. The first thing he did was take the time to meet with our new accountant to help get our finances and cashflow in order. We had inherited a nightmare five years ago and we have not had success cleaning it up. James showed us how to properly evaluate our AR and AP and manage them on a weekly basis. This helped relieve some of the cash flow pressures we had been experiencing.
