We recently brought Tavas in for a business consultation. My siblings and I are in the middle of taking over our two decades old family run business. We needed guidance on how to handle some buyouts that would need to be made and how to come up with a fair valuation. Our consultant, Frank S., helped us put together detailed plans and processes built around our specific situation. This not only covered the buyouts but also helped us clean up the day to day operations after years of what I can only call stagnation.
