When we first sat down with Tavas, I wasn't sure what to expect. Over the next few weeks they took the time to learn how we operate, from day-to-day production to how we handle our books, and they asked questions our team hadn't really considered. We'd been running things the same way for years, and they were straightforward about where that was holding us back. They didn't just give us recommendations and leave; they worked through pricing, cash flow, and accountability with us until it fit how our people actually work. Some of the decisions we made along the way weren't easy, but most of them were things we already knew needed to happen. Our team is more organized now, and we have a much clearer picture of our numbers. Overall, it was a worthwhile process and we're in a better place because of it.
