Bought a subpar bike from amazon...returned a subpar bike to amazon. Decided if I'm going to get the kind of performance I want out of my bike I need to spend the money to get a great bike. Decided on a Schwinn and looked on amazon again, but something about getting an expensive bike shipped in a box via UPS just turned me off again. I heard about Total Body from my mother-in-law so I gave them a call. Stephen Answered all my many questions and helped me do a bike comparison so I could get the best bike for me. He was very friendly and knew his stuff. I like that they go through the whole bike to make sure it's in peak performance and ship it out in a crate for better security of the bike. Less chance of broken parts which you usually get through a box bike. I also like the lifetime part guarantee. I only wish it didn't take so long to get your bike. If I was told about the pre-owned bikes I probably would have gone with one of those for my price point, but I can also take blame for not looking at their site better myself before I called. Overall it has been a good experience so far, update to come when I receive the bike.
