Trane Central Air Conditioning compressor rusted out after 2 years 9 months

We purchased a Trane Central Air Conditioner from Sansone Air Conditioning of Deerfield Beach Florida in August of 2010, and the installer has serviced it approximately semi annually ever since. During the last routine call, the installer reported that
he compressor was very rusted, the compressor looked like it was over ten years old. He recommended that I contact Trane for a replacement. I submitted the information to Trane by regular mail, by telephone message and on their customer information website.
Three days after submitting the information, plus a picture of the rusted compressor and a copy of the sales invoice on the Website we received a customer file number but in the three weeks since, no one has contacted us from Trane about the problem. I spend
thousands of dollars for this system and I am going to have to replace the outdoor compressor unit soon. Trane provides no support after the purchase.
