US DOC PREP is a big SCAM company. I had the same situations as all of you guys!!!
Please go to website www.dre.ca.gov and download form under 'consumers' - filing complaint - Complete the Licensee/Subdivider Complaint (RE 519) form
to fill out and mail it to LA.
California has a law that makes it illegal to collect fees in advance of actually performing the modification work. Hopefully they could help us!! Let me know if you need my help to download the form or if you had a better solution!!
