Terrible business and even worse customer care
A terrible choice to buy a car! I am stationed overseas temporarily and this company not only duped my wife into buying extra coverage that was not needed, they retracted their deal with her because it cut into their profits! THIS IS NOT A JOKE! They had a car on the lot that was marked low to attract buyers and then added their "optional" coverage to jack the price back up. When we declined the gap insurance (the price was half the value of the car) and declined the $1,600 coverage, they denied her because they were losing money on the car!!! If you post a car on the lot UNDER the value and force a customer to buy your insurance-that is poor business dealing. Some would say that is called extortion. Would never buy from here again. I have urged all of my friends and family to stay away from this place if they value their time and money and encourage you do the same. Humorous note: The lack of professionalism rang loudly when my wife walked out of that atrocious place and had to pass by the employees arguing with each other in front of customers over who was doing less work that day. SURPRISE! They all are doing terrible work. SHOPPERS BEWARE!
