the product is great no one really doubts that....however the company is out for your money!!
they set you up for an auto shipping program which can easily go unnoticed and then when they ship out the next supply they don't send you a conformation a tracking number NOTHING! its so lame for all i know it may never even come they could have just charged my card and never sent anything?!?!?! the costumer service is of no help and they are obviously trained to beat around the bush and even hang up on you! then they say sometimes we do get disconnected..haha yeah right convenient!
now if the product does show i can send it back with the loss of the price of shipping both ways! plus how do i know they will receive it? what if they say it never was returned? i don't know what to do? it seems mre beneficial to just keep the product and thats what they want!
