I am perplexed about this BBB record. I made a complaint against this company about 2 yrs ago. They did not resolve my complaint and had to dispute my credit card charges, which my husband and I won. I would not join this company because they charge you for background checks ($100). They make you invest your funds (I highly recommend you do not invest with this company!) They are sleazy, do your research on Google! You will not get a normal salary if you join this organization. So save your money and find a decent job with pay.
