Blessed to work with Sam Chang at Lighthouse Advocacy Group

For almost a year and a half, my husband and I tried working with SLS to modify our home loan, or refinance, but had no luck. We were down on our luck with both of our incomes being reduced, and bills and debt just snowballing! Sam Chang was always pleasant and helpful, always made us feel important, and he stayed in constant communication with us during the whole process. He explained ahead of time how the process would work, what all of the steps would be. It was easy to send him the ppwk he needed from us. He was able to get us approved for a modification, and he got our monthly payments reduced by over $200. We are so blessed that we got to work with Sam. We were ignorant about different types of loans, about rates, etc, but Sam walked us through everything and never made us feel as ignorant as we know we were.
