My experience reads like the other 435 complaints. is started with regular fax service from CallWave and never had a sigle problem. without notice callwave sold to efax. my regular 12.95 all inclusive per month fee justed to 60.00 then 102.00 i called to be told efax was not maintaining the contracts that customers once had with callwave. Their customer service is obviously in idia with obviously a call book they follow and constantly repeat themselves. Then sent to their level 2 support in california. needless to say i was screwed. could not take the number i had used for business purposes for 3 years. we agreed to 12.95 for 300 incoming faxes and 10 per page after. 1 yr later, my CC was stolen and i canceled it. received a email on a saturday at 10pm stating i had 2 days to give them a new number or my number would be canceled. I calld them monday morning spoke to an idian named jimmy ref #010534538 he said it was canceled. Well prior to the two day the email insisted on. Needless to say they will not honor my previous contract and now want 16.95 for only 130 faxes and want to charge me a reconnection fee. they have held my number hostage long enough. I will take the business loss this will cause just to say NO MORE. What a terrible company. Bad thing is this complaint will not do anything to stop it. How many complaints can one company have before something is done.
