slowest turnaround time I have ever seen…
I have been waiting to receive my mattress topper for 2 1/2 weeks and have still not received it. I was informed by email when I placed the order that a tracking # would be sent to me, and I still haven't received one. After 3 calls I finally reached a representative who informed me that my order did ship & I should receive it by today or tomorrow. That was 3 days ago and still nothing. I then went to memoryfoam.com & clicked the "order tracking" link. After trying multiple times on firefox & safari, all I got were error messages each time.
I'm sure this company makes great products, but I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you want to wait 3+ weeks to receive your order…

Select Foam customer service is just fabulous! I lost my tracking number and was very concerned that I wouldn't be home for my memory foam mattress delivery. I called in and was all squared away within minutes! Mattress has been here for a few weeks now and its great. Thanks guys!

I first started looking for memory foam mattress after my neighbor bought hers. She bought a Cloud bed from Tempurpedic (very soft memory foam). I couldn't believe she paid over $3000 for it. I started looking for better deals and Select Foam is the best out there. Hands down.

Memoryfoam.com and Select Foam are the same company, or at least one is owned by the other, I do not know which came first. But I do know I am happy with them, and thank you John Quintero for coming through for me. I had previously owned the Temperpedic Rhapsody King Mattress (which has a 7.2lb top layer density), and exchanged it for the Temperpedic Cloud Luxe. Almost immediately after the exchange I realized I had made a pretty big mistake. I exchanged the Temperpedic Rhapsody because it felt to hard for my shoulders, otherwise I liked the mattress. I had it for two months and it was getting better or softer over time and I believe it would have turned out to be a good mattress. The Temperpedic Cloud Luxe was to soft and caused immediate lower back pain but I could not exchange it. I was stuck with it unless I could sell it on my own. I began investigating memory foam toppers and knew I wanted the highest density possible to place on the Temperpedic Cloud Luxe in the hope of getting rid of lower back pain. This led me to memoryfoam.com because they advertised a 6lb density topper, which was the highest density I could find at the time for a 2 inch topper. I was financed through their web site and was prepared to by the 6lb density two inch topper. At this point John Quintero replied they have an 8lb density memory foam topper 2 inches thick they could sell to me. I was immediately interested yet cautious. The reason they do not advertise for this topper is because it is fairly heavy and difficult for them to accept as a return if customer did not like it. He offered it to me but I would have to forgo the 90 trial. I was financed for it through them and decideded almost immediately to go for it . This turned out to be a great decision. It is an awesome 8lb density 2 inch inch topper. It has made the Temperpedic Cloud Luxe to go from dreadful to awesome overnight. I was not disappointed. And John, thank you, it really came through for me, this topper, as did you and memoryfoam.com. (Select Foam). Based on my experience you really can give Temperpedic a run for their money. This company has superb quality memory foam - Select Foam. I still have the 10 year warranty on this topper , but I did forgo the 90 day trail period. I appreciate that I was able to make this purchase and I am not at all disappointed. If I had the knowledge I have now when I first began researching memory foam mattresses along through much trial and error I would seriously have to consider the King Size Aurora-HD mattress from select foam. I have a feeling I would be impressed and it would compare quite favorablely to the Temperpedic Allura mattress for a much better price.

This company was very professional. You aren't going to find a better price on memory foam online. On a side note: this company sells actual memory foam mattresses. These are not the cheap things you find on Amazon. Select Foam mattresses are on par with Tempurpedic. But they are much less expensive. Much. I saved about $1400 on my King.

I had a great experience with Select Foam personally. Have you tried shopping for mattresses online?? Selectfoam.com is one of the few sites that explains memory foam well AND gives Tempurpedic comparisons. Very helpful and easy.

The memory foam mattress is good so far but customer service is terrible. I ordered the massage feature and it is a big rip off. It is so loud that you can't even enjoy the massage. I ordered a king size bed and received a massager that fits a twin bed. I sent 5 emails and no response. Finally I called and he said "no returns". He told me it wasn't meant to fall asleep to. The bottom line is don't order the massage feature, it is a $200 rip off.
If you are looking for good customer service after the sale, look at a different website!

YOU DID NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR THE MASSAGE FEATURE; it was given to you free of charge (Complimentary). 9 out of 10 people that receive that item end up satisfied with it, and I respect- and am sorry- that you were unsatisfied with it, but we cannot give you money back for something that you received for free.
You can send it back to us if you want to, but we cannot give you credit for it.
I emailed you directly, and I hope you get back to us; I spoke with our customer service team and they were perplexed as to how to respond to your request. This doesn't excuse the lack of communication, but I did only see 2 emails, not 5.

I've had my bed for almost a year now, and it still feels incredible! I worked with Juan, who came through on all his promises. The bed was delivered early, free shipping - and he even added pillows! The comfort is phenomenal and the bed does not move or slip around on the frame. My out of town guests have also raved about the bed and are looking to contact Juan to get there own! The price was significantly less then Tempur-Pedic, for the same quality if not better! THANK YOU!

The best word to describe my experiance is WOW! The salesman, Juan, was exteremely knowledgable about the mattress that I was inquiring about and subsequently purchased. Loved dealing with Select Foam. I really like their website too. If you're shopping around for memory foam its a good place to go. Break down comparisons of Tempurpedic models and their own. Makes everything very clear. I know memory foam tends to get hot through the night. So I bought a Grandis because it has some sort of cooling technology. Whatever it is, it really works. Mattress stays cool all night. Very comfortable.

I don't shop online much because my husband's credit information got stolen in 2006. So when I wanted to buy memory foam online-- because let's face it it's much better priced-- I was very uneasy. I had to call in and speak with someone. Select Foam customer service is wonderful in that regard. I didn't wait long, spoke with a very nice man who explained to me how information is safe on their website. Everything is "encrypted" and safe so I don't have to worry.. I don't understand the technical details but the website is labeled McAfee Secure and I researched this and it's an industry standard. So I bought an Aurora, one of their more expensive beds but still very well priced for such a thick and comfortable mattress. My husband and I are sleeping so well. His favorite part about our new memory foam mattress is it's "squishy feel". Ha! Mine is that he doesn't snore anymore!

Company is genuinely interested in helping people find the right mattress. I don't know memory foam from couch cushions but Select Foam helped me decide on a medium firm bed that's just great.

I've been recovering from back surgery for about 5 weeks now. It's been slow and uncomfortable but I know sleeping on memory foam has helped. I feel very evenly-distributed when I lay on top of this memory foam and I recommend it to anyone recovering from surgery to. I've played golf for years and I can imagine athletes would really like this stuff too. Select Foam has great prices so I bought from them. I didn't try Tempuerpic or Serta but I can't imagine a mattress feeling better than the Aurora I bought. Good stuff guys.

I look for 3 main things when I shop online. A phone number for service, price, and some sort of trial (since you can't touch anything online). Select Foam has the best of all 3. Good service, great prices, and a free trial offer in case you've never tried memory foam before. Buying my mattress through them was very easy.

I'm not a penny-pincher. But the price/product offering with Selectfoam.com is too good to pass up. I paid like 2900 and change (including taxes) for an Aurora memory foam mattress and saved a ton. (Comparable Tempurpedic is about $3400). This memory foam is middle of the road, not to firm but not too soft either. A great combination. Customer service wise, Select Foam representatives were pretty helpful. Then again I didn't really have any tough questions, and everything shipped on time.

Great company that will bend over backwards to satisfy their customers!
For a large purchase like a memory foam mattress, it can be a leap of faith to buy off the internet. I took the leap and couldn't be happier. I love my Regalis Cali King. I have one at my home and wanted one for my vacation home in FL. I thought the Grande might even be better than my Regalis, so I ordered one for my home. Select Foam agreed to send the new Grande to my home and coordinate inexpensive shipping of my original Regalis to FL.
After receiving the Grande it was a stunningly beautiful, plush mattress. However, I couldn't get used to the plushness of the mattress after a couple of weeks. I realized I missed my Regalis. I contacted Matt, the owner, and he graciously agreed to exchange my Grande for a Cali King Regalis to be sent to my home in FL, and another Queen Regalis for my son at home. Matt then picked up the Grande.
The Grande was an unbelievably plush and thick mattress. Very much like some the beds in the higher end hotels I've stayed in, only better! After sleeping on the Regalis for a year I just missed the firmness of it. Both are great choices and you can't go wrong with either.
I've found Select Foam to be a very customer service oriented company, with a high quality product at a fantastic price!
I highly recommend Select Foam.

I bought 2 adjustable beds with memory toppers for my elderly parents about a month ago and they love them and have never slept better.
The level of service I received from the salesman was excellent and they delivered the whole order complete, exactly when they said they would, and installed and trained my parents on how to use the adjustable bed. Everyone associated with this company has been professional, courteous, and they took the time to explain the different types of beds and the benefits of each one.
I am extremely satisfied and I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying any bedding products. As a matter of fact, I will probably be using them for my personal bed in the very near future.
