We had you on schedule today, 4/12/2013 to service your unit. You did not answer our phone when we called to tell you our technician was in route. We installed your unit in 2008 almost 5 years ago. We have had one service request from you in 2012. WE believe we took care of it since you haven't called back in ten months. We informed you that the problem you have sounded like a bad breaker. If it were a bad breaker we informed you that there would be service call fee to come out and replace. If that was not the problem and it was the same problem as last year then we would not charge you. WE did recommend doing yearly maintenance. I apologize if you are not happy. WE tried to take care of you today but you were not home. Please call me so we can try to resolve this. Sincerely, Kathy Puig
