DON"T GO TO ALPS

Customer service is very bad, Management is worse....they don't return emergency calls, will let you sit in the heat for days after spending thousands on their product, they should shut down business. Went elsewhere, got immediate emergency service within 2 hours they were there fixed it and provided needed service to prevent problem in future that Alps didn't offer last time they fixed the same problem...they only want your money. They are very dishonest......go elsewhere!!!!

Yolanda I am sorry that you had a bad experience calling our answering service on Sunday afternoon and did not get a call back and service done in Pomona on Sunday. We have had a high demand of service calls from the recent heat wave and have not been able to come from Orange County to San Bernadino County the same day. We DO stand behind our products, our installation and our workmanship. We installed your system in 2011. If you keep up with your preventative maintenance each year you can reduce the amount of breakdowns during the hot spells. Again, I am very sorry you feel we are dishonest because we could not service you the same day. We have tried to call you but unable to get an answer. Our family owned and operated company has been in business for over 25 years. We work hard to try to keep our customers happy and satisfied. I am sorry for your inconvenience.
