Worst Costumer Service! Damaged Products

I bought a pre-lit Christmas tree from Best Choice Products, and when I opened it, it was missing some screws/bolts and the adapter to connect the tree. I was willing to just call for the missing pieces but have made 7 phone calls so far and have received no answer! I have contact them through two different telephone number and nothing, have left messages for them with all the required information...NOTHING! I have also emailed them...nothing! AGAIN!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!
