The process was painless, but that does not do my experience justice. It was Awesome! J.R. is an excellent steward of the process. Some things required extra discussion and he was always available to clearly & concisely explain evert time. A lay person like myself doesn't always understand certain things but J.R. was always able to talk me through each situation. I found it quite comforting for a person who is a picky/perfectionist like I am.
