After obtaining a mortgage through Blue Coast Home Loans, I was so satisfied with the services, I recommended that my daughter use their services as well.
I was extremely nervous to use an out of state company that I had found on the internet for my loan needs; however, after researching this website and verifying title company references, I decided to go with Blue Coast because their rates and fees were exceptional.
Every time I had a question or concern, I received an answer either by telephone or email usually on the same day.
Finally, my real estate agent, who was skeptical and the Title Company processor were even impressed with the rate we received and the professionalism/thoroughness of Blue Coast's loan processor.
All deadlines were met as promised, and I received no "surprises" at closing.
