I have been a client with Payment Systems for over two years and will say that to have 33 complaints out of thousands of customers would probably be a great record for most companies. The program is different and requires merchants to actually participate in lowering the costs and a few lazy, angry business owners complaints don't reflect the thousands of people that actually do save money each month. I post this because I left working with another company that was terrible but supposedly an industry leader with a great rating that they just paid to have.
