When our short sale was approved in Nov 2009, my loan officer began to work on our loan. After 2 weeks of not being able to get our loan approved, Eddie was referred by my loan officer because our mortgage loan was too tough for her to handle. As soon as Eddie took over, he quickly turned the situation around for us. I must admit, our case application was a complicated one. We pretty much messed up on every steps of purchasing a short sale home: first, we used a business check for the deposit, then, the home offer only has my fiance's name on it, next, we made cash deposit into our bank, but worst of all, when were a few days from closing, the seller refused to let the appraiser come inside the house. Yikes!!! Eddie worked around the clock to get everything done for us. Because of that, Eddie was able to get our loan approved within 2 weeks!
I thought requesting 2 extensions and having our loan approved were the toughest journey, getting the loan funded and escrow closed were worst. On the day we were required to close escrow or the deal would not follow through, there was a crazy battle and intensive requests between the mortgage and escrow company. It was such a relieve when I finally got a confirmation from Eddie that escrow has closed and that we are recorded with the county.
W/out Eddie, I can't imagine any other way to get our loan approved, since our loan officer gave up on us. Eddie's expertise, professionalism, experience and connections have helped us made our dream come true.
