I do appreciate that fact that they finally gave me a full refund of the fee that was charged in error. The bad part about it is, I had to report them to BBB to receive it. This situation should never had went this far but I felt misled and cheated out of $29.95. I had to be very mean to one operator at the company over the phone who was not willing to listen to my side of the issue and did not want to help me. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I also demanded that she cancel my membership, which she did not. I had to make a second phone call to make sure it was done. I spoke to a very nice person the second time who did cancel the account but was no "able" to refund the money. I will never do business with this company again and please be aware of what you are doing when you go to their site. Things are NOT marked clearly and you will be charged for things you do not want or did not ask for.
