I'm a Realtor in the Mohave County area and heard from a client about Chad and Crestline Funding. I wanted to find a Direct Lender that was experienced and knowledgeable about our industry; especially amidst these tough economic times where, in my experience,
getting approved for a loan despite having good credit, isn't necessarily easy. Previous to meeting Chad, I would refer my clients to a local Broker or a local bank. Both would take DAYS to get a pre-approval done, and my clients would complain about the service
they'd receive. And if I referred them to these places in the first place, it's a reflection on me! I began using Chad for all my referrals, and he truly is unbelievable. He gets me pre-approvals within HOURS, not days like the other banks. Whenever he communicates
with the borrower, he fills me in to keep me updated on things. I don't think I've ever had to email him asking him for an update because he always keeps everyone in the loop, especially the borrower. When one of my clients was signing their loan docs, Chad
was there with them so that if they had any questions he could immediately answer for them. Even the people at the Title Company said that Chad was the only Loan Officer they knew of that attends the signings with their clients. Here's to many more referrals!
