Initially there were a few hiccups with the expeditious processing of my loan. I was extremely dissatisfied with Crestline and their service and I wrote a negative review. Within 24 hours of the negative review, I received a call from Crestline Manager Greg Norquist. Mr. Norquist told me that he had looked into the initial loan delay and admitted that Crestline had dropped the ball so to speak. Mr. Norquist told me that the company owner Scott Brown was aware of the issue and told him to make the loan happen. I was apprehensive at first about continuing the loan process with Crestline. What changed my mind was when I received a phone call from Crestline owner Scott Brown. Mr. Brown apologized for what has transpired and asked me to give him and his company a chance to make things right. Mr. Brown told me how important customer service and satisfaction was to his company. Crestline already had all my necessary loan information and I decided to give Crestline another try.
I worked exclusively with the Manager Greg Norquist. Mr. Norquist was extremely customer oriented and was most attentive throughout the loan process. Mr. Norquist kept me informed and advised of the status of the loan as it progressed. Mr. Norquist pushed the loan through painlessly at least for me. My loan was funded within 3 weeks at the original loan rate and fee, even though rates and cost had gone up.
After the loan funded, Scott Brown phoned me again, apologized, and told me he had hoped I was satisfied with his company's service. How could I not be satisfied? Crestline made a bad experience one that became positive experience. Scott Brown and Crestline renewed my faith that not all companies treat you like a number or like you don't matter. My loan wasn't a high dollar loan, but the service I received from Crestline was like I was refinancing the national debt!!
I recommend that you give Crestline a call and the chance to handle your loan. I am glad I did....
