I was registered with Epoch , after 1 week I canceled my membership and I received confirmation email from them that my membership is canceled , but after 3 weeks they took money from my account even though my membership is canceled which made me mad , in addition, they don't refund money back to your account that taken without permission , I don't recommend anyone to deal with Epoch don't trust them at all be careful of your money , it was very bad experience with them they makes money by using different cheating techniques

Epoch does not continue to bill a membership that has been canceled. If you received another charge then you most likely had a second membership. Anytime you join a membership site, Epoch sends you a confirmation email which includes a link to the site you joined, your username and password, and instructions on how to cancel any membership should you choose to do so. If you scan your email for "Epoch" you should be able to find these confirmations. If your email box has been purged, alternatively you can go to Epoch's site and enter information which will show you any purchases made with your payment credentials.
