Cancellation of subscription

I want to cancel the renewal of the subscription to which I subscribed on December 19th, 2012. The date of renewal is envisaged on February 19th, 2013 and has to by cancel. No payment on my credit card is authorized to be carried out by TRUSTLINK on behalf of Epoch for the renewal of my pass subscription.
