I bought a 2008 GL450 from FJ Mercedes at the end of 2008. The 09's were out already so I thought I would get a great deal. For the whole time I was there I told them I wanted a 3 year loan. I had my 9 year old with me and we were there over 5 hours. He was getting impatient so I signed the contract without looking at it carefully. Guess what? I got a four year loan instead and with the same amount of payment per month. I really feel I got ripped off but it was my fault because I signed it without looking at it carefully. If I add the total amount paid in four years plus the downpayment, I really did not get any discount at all.
The car did not come with a factory DVD system. They recommended another system; it looked great so I had no problem with it. About one year later the passenger side headrest started shaking so I took it back to the dealer assuming they would take care of it right away. Guess what? The warranty was only for 3 months and I had to pay $150 to get it fixed.
I really had enough with them, definitely not going back.
